She lives in Delhi. Ever since she could walk, she has been passionate about dance. But loving dance doesn't necessarily mean practicing it. Dance confronts her with the prejudices of Indian society: training with boys and coming home late after competitions is frowned upon for a girl. But step by step, she tries to realize her dream. She won a competition and became a dance teacher. Today, she wants to advocate for gender equality.

Every morning she leaves her home in the Kampung Sawah slum to go to Raja Asia Perkasa, a company specializing in the sale of personal care and beauty products. Two worlds that seem to have nothing in common... Her determination, her drawing skills, and the LP4Y training program have led her to realize her dream: to become a graphic designer! Today, she has new projects, but she doesn't want to leave the slum where she grew up.

Lacking basic infrastructure and services, it is virtually impossible for her to find employment, despite her degree in translation. Since there is only one public school in her village, Soumayraa launched her NGO to help families, support women's rights, and give children access to education.

He arrived in Paris at the Gare de Lyon train station on December 22, 2017. He called his only contact. No answer. Six years later, Mamadou has learned to adapt, to find solutions, and to bounce back. He now has a major project: to make a feature film to tell his story and the stories of other migrants.
